The background story...
This statement necklace features a broken vintage dress clip set with a single fiery red rhinestone. I've combined it with a sterling silver earring, glass beads repurposed from a vintage necklace and semi-precious Larvakite beads which show flashes of silver reminiscent of ice crystals. I have hand-wired the chain with oxidised sterling silver wire, with an inbuilt extender chain, so that the length can be flexible.
Larvakite, also known as Norwegian Moonstone is said to be a protective and grounding stone.
