The background...
This elegant necklace features five repurposed clip and screw-back earrings all set with champagne-coloured faux pearls dating from the 1940s through to the 1970s. The central piece was made by Kramer, one of the premiere costume jewellery companies of the 20th century. I have completed the design with vintage bit-and-bridle chain c.1960s, sourced from old warehouse stock and repurposed vintage pearlised bead.
