These lovely earrings have been upcycled from vintage screw-back earrings made circa 1940s in the shape of a flower. They have beautiful topaz coloured rhinestones at their centre, and the silver coloured metal is very shiny as you can see from the reflections in my photos. I have reworked the screw-back findings and suspended them from handmade Sterling Silver hooks.
They measure 3.5 cm from the top of the hook to the base of the drop.
These earrings have been made with some vintage materials which hold some evidence of their former life in a deepened patina and minor wear; I think that is what gives them so much charm.
Sustainably made in Australia.
