Broken but beautiful...
I found a broken 1960s rhinestone choker fragment in shades of green and completed it by adding some repurposed glitter Lucite beads in a matching colour. The chain was repurposed from a vintage necklace made in Hong Kong.
This necklace measures up to 59 cm in total allowing you to adjust the length to suit your outfit-de-jour! In the photo you see the necklace being worn at 53 cm by the model (i.e. with 6 cm of 'extender' chain).
Sustainably made in Melbourne, this necklace contains vintage repurposed materials which show signs of minor wear due to their age. I think this is what gives vintage items so much charm.
