I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item if you have any concerns.

I will gladly offer to repair, exchange or refund any defective items. I will ask that you post it back to me in the first instance so I can assess the issue but will refund your costs as part of rectifying any defects.

Any refunds will be made via your original payment method.
